Tech Newse[LastPost]

Whenever you have new technology, you have to learn how to use it. However, this can sometimes be extremely difficult, especially if you don't have a lot of resources to learn new techniques. Apple's new iPhone is a good example. If this is your first time buying an iPhone, you have probably spent many hours familiarizing yourself with the different technologies that make up this amazing cell phone. However, there are a few tricks that you cannot learn just by playing with the phone. To learn more about these tips, you need to learn them first. One of the best tips is for the keyboard.

iPhone Keyboard Tips and Tricks

When you have a feature as unique as the touchscreen keyboard, there are a few tips you need to know to keep your messages smooth. By following these tips, you'll find that typing is faster, more accurate, and easier than ever. The first of these trips is to type the letters into the iPhone. If you want to enter a letter, tap it. However, the letter will not be placed on the screen until you remove your finger.

So, if you hit the wrong key, the easiest way to fix this error is to slide your finger over the correct letter. Then when you find the correct letter or number, you can lift your finger and the letter will be placed on the screen. This trick will fix most of the errors and save you time.

Many people have found the keyboard's auto-correction feature to be a great way to keep your writing clear and simple. However, it's very easy to accept a word you didn't want to type. If you want to avoid this confusion, you must learn to accept and reject a suggested word. To accept a word, press Return, Space, or a punctuation mark. However, if you want to decline a suggested word, all you have to do is type the word you want and then tap on the finished word.

As a reminder, if you write a full word twice and then double-tap it, iPhone will add the word to its dictionary. It takes a few weeks for all of your most frequently used words to be saved in the dictionary. However, once you do, typing on your iPhone is blazingly fast.

The last tip is to deal with how words are capitalized. If you want to capitalize the first letter of a word, just press the Shift key and then tap the letter you want to capitalize. However, what if you want to capitalize the entire word? This is very simple and does not require you to press the Shift key before each letter. You want to go to Settings and then tap on General. Then tap Keyboard. From there, tap "Turn on Caps Lock". If you then press the Shift key twice, it will light up blue. You can now enter all uppercase letters.
